A single-layer (25GB) Blu-ray can hold 135 minutes of HD video, with a Dual-layer (50GB) holding a maximum of 3 hours.

Replication
Our replication service is available for when you require a large quantity of discs. The process, known as glass-mastering, ‘stamps’ the digital information on to the disc and manufacturing requires a longer lead-time (typically 12 working days).

‘Check-discs’ can be made available on request and are recommended (manufacturing should not be undertaken without first approving the disc). When replicating, a BDCMF master must be supplied as Blu-ray replication is not possible without this format (we can convert ISO and BDMV into BDCMF, contact us for further details). If your disc requires copy-protection this will be added to the BDCMF during the manufacturing process.
