It’s been a busy month so far with not just plenty of CD duplication but also some DVD duplication thrown into the mix. Below is a taste of some of our manufacturing for October…
Blackheart Orchestra – CD Duplication
This month’s been one of high-culture and started (as every month should) with another batch of albums manufactured for The Blackheart Orchestra. Manchester’s finest duo are regular users of our CD duplication service and we’re honoured to have them. They’re currently playing shows (where possible) across the UK and are well worth a price of entry.
The Real Greatest Showmen – DVD Duplication
We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Make a Difference Films and Filmvolt on the DVD duplication of ‘The Real Greatest Showmen’. This four-disc set of documentaries follows the lives of performers and crew in an extreme circus. The first season is available to buy from Amazon now!
Porcelain by Danny Addison – CD Duplication
If new batches of Blackheart Orchestra wasn’t enough, we’ve also manufactured the Porcelain EP by Danny Addison. This is Danny’s second release in as many years, and a thoroughly enjoyable listen. Hopefully Danny will continue using us for his CD duplication until the inevitable super-stardom arrives! Here’s a taster from the 4-track EP.
String of Hearts – CD Duplication
Using our CD duplication service, the charity String of Hearts have just released, with aid of the National Lottery and Arts Council England, the ‘Spotlights’ album. The aim of the charity is to bring older adults together through music-making. The 10 track album is varied in style and all in a very good cause.
Do You Own The Dancefloor? – DVD Duplication
Using our DVD duplication service, Shiny Brick Films have had another run of their excellent documentary manufactured. Directed by Chris Hughes, ‘Do You Own The DanceFloor?’ tells the story of Manchester’s iconic Hacienda nightclub; about how the fixtures and fittings were auctioned and what happened to the bricks, toilets & dancefloor.
The profits from this release go to charity and the DVD can be purchased from Piccadilly Records and Rough Trade, amongst other outlets.
